Led team to the 1st Super Bowl in 27 years,

34 games started as a 2 way player in football, over 200 career tackles, 8 forced fumbles,

and a dozen sacks. As an offensive guard, he was the driving force behind the highest scoring team in Burncoat High School history,

Holds Burncoat High School record for shot put distance as just 60 ft.

All states accolades in 2003 and Worcester T&G Super Team all-star honors in 2002 & 2003.

3 time conference all-star choice and played in the 2004 Massachusetts Shriners Football All-Star Game Classic and was captain.

He was Burncoat High School captain and team MVP in 2003.

Started on Varsity Basketball team as a junior,

He on the state shot put title in 2003 and 2004.

College: 4 year starter for BC Football team was named Outland Trophy watch list,

Recognized as the best defensive lineman in the country.

Named 2nd team All-ACC conference All-Star team as a senior receiving honorable mention honors as a junior.

40th overall pick by the hometown New England Patriots in the 2009 draft (he played in 40 games for the Pats, starting 14)

He will be playing for the Washington Redskins for the 2013 season.
